Why some prices say "from". A small guest room and an open living and dining room are not the same job. Where scope moves the number, it says so — and you will have the full figure in writing before anything is booked.
Deposit and payment. Fifty percent before work begins, the balance on delivery. The fifteen minute call is complimentary and it is there to work out whether this is a fit, not to sell you anything.
What this covers. Furnishing and decorative direction. You buy everything yourself, and anything structural, electrical or requiring a permit needs a licensed professional. Full details are in the terms.

A short call to see whether this is a fit. If it is not, I will say so.
Deposit
Fifty percent to begin, plus a questionnaire for the service you have chosen.
