We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For project work — if you need to pause or cancel a project after work has begun, you will be invoiced for work completed to that point. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If Kerr by Ameena needs to cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduled appointment.
Timelines for project delivery are agreed at the start of each project. We take our commitments seriously and will always communicate proactively if anything changes.
Timely delivery depends on your cooperation — including completing questionnaires, providing photographs, and responding to communications promptly. Delays on your side may affect the agreed timeline.
All deliverables — mood boards, sourcing lists, written recommendations, and session notes — are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed.

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables created for your specific project for personal use. You may not reproduce, share, or repurpose our work for commercial purposes without written consent.
